margarita truffle oil flatbread

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can Pillsbury Pizza Crust (thin crust) [1 can makes 2 flatbreads]
  • Roma tomatos
  • 1 bottle of Tartufi White Truffle Oil (runs about $16 for a tiny bottle that goes a long way)
  • Basil
  • 1 cup of Mozzarella
  • 1 cup of Parmesan
  • Salt & Pepper

Preheat oven to 425*
